Gluepot Reserve is OPEN. Gluepot has received an unprecedented 155mm of rain in March. Some tracks are rocky and washed out. Drive to conditions. The only access is via Lunn Road, despite what your electronic navigation system tells you.
Volunteering
Gluepot Reserve is Australia’s largest community managed and operated conservation reserve and is run entirely by volunteers. Most volunteering is performed by the Friends of Gluepot, members of the Management Committee, or by Rangers and Assistant Rangers
Friends of Gluepot
The Friends of Gluepot conduct numerous surveys of fauna and flora, perform weed control, and many other environmental activities
New volunteers are always welcome
Rangers and Assistant Rangers
Rangers and Assistant Rangers assist with the management of the Reserve and are responsible for the day to day running of Gluepot. Rangers generally stay for two months or more, and Assistant Rangers stay for a week or more
