RAG Team

The RAG team is a group of volunteers who perform many construction and maintenance tasks at Gluepot. The core of the RAG Team is Gil Pilgrim, Stewart Slade and Bill Santos. Much help has also been received on many projects from the Rangers and their assistants, committee members, Vietnam Veterans, the late Murray Harris, members of the Riverland 4 Wheel drive Club, Rod Bradtke, Mike Mason Fencing, Mark Tripney Earthmoving, Phil Obst Sheds, Ian Kowald, Mike McIntosh and Malcolm Gardner.

The RAG team is always looking for people who are experienced in operating and maintaining  earthmoving equipment(grader and front-end loader), plumbing, electrical, building construction and chain saw operations.

As well as the uncountable small jobs that the RAG team have performed at Gluepot, they have also cleared and constructed 13 kilometers of electric fence, erected 5 bird hides, graded roads and tracks, cleaned out Quinn’s dam, maintained the long drop toilets, built the Library, assisted with construction of the Squirrel shed , Grader shed and Palmer block.
